Overview
Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around products and services, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about the connected world. They focus on educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions, and will complete new employee training as part of this learning role.
Responsibilities
- Serve and sell to customers while providing a world-class experience and building loyalty.
- Help customers continue their shopping journey online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
- Explore individual needs and demonstrate the latest technology in-store.
- Engage in side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
- Approach service and sales with composure, integrity, and compassion.
Use digital tools in interactions and onboarding to demonstrate :
Coverage and fast LTE network in the customer's neighborhood.How T-Mobile plans and services enable unlimited use and stay connected.Training on in-store experience, new skills, processes, systems, and resources.Time management on shift and ongoing learning about wireless innovations.Cash handling and store operations as needed.Establish relationships with T-Mobile and cross-channel teams to :
Own the customer experience and resolve issues for a seamless environment.Identify and hand off small business leads.Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.Qualifications / Experience
Passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting with people and having fun while working.Competitive drive and proven success in fast-paced sales environments.Willingness to collaborate with peers and leaders, learn, and provide customer resolutions.Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals.6 months of customer service and / or sales experience; retail experience preferred.Compensation and Benefits
