Manager I, Resource Center (226 Days)

• Facilitates intake process for the resource center and oversight of daily operation.
• Oversee the resource schedule and overall operation of the Resource Center including budget management.
• Communicate and collaboratively assist with administration of grants initiatives and programs.
• Provide center director and coordinator with ongoing resource management and related support.
• Develop and maintain reservation calendar for resource centers community space.
• Primary contact for partners and families and assisting with navigating the center.
• Supports center with special events and outreach opportunities.
• Document processes and maintain records.
• Organizes orientations for students and families including welcome packets and resource information.
• Maintain inventory and supply management.
• Meet regularly with administrative leadership to guide and direct the organization.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited university in a directly related field; Masters degree preferred.
• 3-5 years in direct experience required.
• Experience with managing and daily operations of a facility.
• Strong program management organizational skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Knowledge of working with a budget and expenditures.
