Job description
A company is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager - Capital Construction & Equipment.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement global strategic sourcing initiatives for cost optimization and supplier performance
Lead supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract management to ensure best procurement practices
Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and collaborate with teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives
Required Qualifications :
Doctorate degree or Master's degree with 2 years of sourcing experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years, or Associate's degree with 8 years, or High school diploma / GED with 10 years of sourcing experience
End-to-end strategic sourcing experience in capital construction, equipment, or facility services categories
Demonstrated leadership in vendor management and cost optimization
Experience in negotiating with suppliers in life sciences
Strong analytical skills for creating reports and ensuring compliance
