About The Position

Responsibilities :

Evaluate patients’ physical, emotional, and social needs related to functional abilities.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve daily living and vocational skills.

Utilize therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment to enhance patient independence.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises and home care programs.

Document all evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation team members to coordinate care.

Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and professional standards.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Active state OT license (or eligibility for licensure).

Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

Prior experience in [rehab, hospital, outpatient, or home health] preferred.

NBCOT certification preferred.
