ROLE OVERVIEW

Become a key part of our Influencer Marketing team, where the Influencer Marketing Account Broker will utilize their expertise, creativity, and negotiating prowess to identify influencers who align with our brand across various platforms and build strong partnerships to achieve Fashion Nova’s outreach objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Influencer Scouting and Acquisition : Actively search for diverse influencers across different divisions (Women's, Curve / Plus Size, and Men's) aligned with brand values and target demographics.
• Negotiation and Pricing Strategies : Utilize strong negotiating skills for cost-effective partnerships with influencers and implement aggressive pricing methods to optimize department budgets and deliver maximum ROI for clients.
• Influencer Deal Structuring Proposals & Contracts : Possess proficiency in structuring influencer or talent deals, understanding various compensation models and crafting customized agreements to align with brand and influencer / talent needs.
• Social Media Platform Expertise : Demonstrate a deep understanding of popular social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and leverage their potential for successful influencer partnerships.
• Relationship Building : Foster strong relationships with influencers and talent for long-term partnerships and act as a point of contact, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
