Sales Professional
We are a dynamic supply chain solutions provider offering logistics, transportation, warehousing, and technology-driven services to clients across various industries. Our Honolulu office is expanding, and we're seeking a motivated sales professional to join our team and help drive growth in the region.
Key responsibilities include :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Honolulu area and surrounding markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their supply chain needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct outbound calls, attend networking events, and leverage marketing campaigns to generate leads.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain services.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Local market knowledge is a plus.Compensation & Benefits :
