S&P Dow Jones Indices is seeking a Team Lead to join our Product Management organization. As Head of the Fixed Income Indices team, you will take the reins in shaping the future of S&P's global Fixed Income indices, including our industry-leading bond, loan, and municipal bond indices. Reporting directly to the Global Head of FICC Products, your role will be instrumental in driving product innovation and enhancing our market presence while aligning with client needs to maximize adoption.

We are seeking a high-energy, dynamic self-starter ready to lead the charge in expanding the market share of the iBoxx and S&P Bond and Loan index business amidst fierce competition. As a go-getter, you will also play a pivotal role in developing new fixed income asset classes for our index portfolio. Key responsibilities include :

• Strategic Vision : Craft and execute a robust multi-year product strategy to achieve transformative financial and strategic objectives for the S&P Fixed Income indices.
• Leadership : Inspire and lead a dynamic global team of 10+ Product Managers to deliver high-quality index solutions, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture with a strong sense of urgency.
• Market Insight : Engage proactively with industry participants and conduct market analysis to unearth trends and opportunities in the Fixed Income landscape.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders across functions and divisions to drive new product development and improvements.
• Client Engagement : Cultivate strong relationships with key contacts at the largest ETF providers, leading buy and sell-side firms, asset managers, and asset owners worldwide.
• Revenue Growth : Partner with the Commercial team to build a robust growth pipeline, supporting Sales Coverage in executing on go-to-market strategies.
• Innovative Solutions : Develop unique products and solutions that unlock new opportunities and set us apart from competitors.
• Thought Leadership : Elevate product awareness by presenting at client conferences, leading webinars, and publishing insightful blogs and white papers.

Execution : Create clear measures of success that correspond to product goals, communicate progress across the Product team, group, function, and division, and ensure an ongoing understanding of impact.

Compensation / Benefits Information (US Applicants Only) : S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 to $255,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus.
