We are seeking a Senior Survey Manager to lead survey operations across civil and transportation projects. This role oversees multiple field crews ensures project delivery manages client relationships and drives business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise field crews and office technicians on daily operations.
- Enforce QA / QC manage budgets schedules and client expectations.
- Coordinate with DOTs and municipalities for roadway and utility surveys.
- Support business development through proposals and client relationship building.
- Mentor staff with performance coaching and development plans.
Required Qualifications :
Licensed PLS or eligible to sit within 6 months (exam fees covered).12 years of survey experience; 5 in supervisory roles.Strong DOT / municipal project experience.Proficient in Bentley MicroStation / OpenRoads & AutoCAD Civil 3D.Knowledgeable in federal state and local survey regulations.High school diploma required; bachelors in surveying / civil tech preferred.Preferred Qualifications :
Subsurface utility locating / designating experience.Experience with LiDAR aerial mapping or sUAS operations.Compensation & Benefits :
