Assistant Warehouse

We're seeking an experienced Assistant warehouse to lead a high-performing team and oversee daily distribution operations. This role combines hands-on leadership with strong technical and organizational skills to ensure efficiency, safety, and exceptional service levels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise all warehouse functions including receiving, order processing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead, train, and develop team membersproviding clear expectations, performance feedback, and career support.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, SQF, and all safety standards.
• Ensure housekeeping and health & safety standards are consistently met.
• Support scheduling, team meetings, and day-to-day operational planning.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment while resolving staffing or performance issues in line with company policies.
