As a Security Professional - Patrol Specialist in Lewiston Woodville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food / Beverage, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a major food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your presence and attention to detail will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and communicate with both visitors and staff. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the food and beverage facility. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues in and around the location. Observe the premises for unusual activity and report any concerns according to site protocols. Document incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site-specific procedures. Collaborate with on-site staff and / or law enforcement as needed during emergency situations or critical incidents. Minimum Requirements : Access control or badge experience is preferred. Experience with X-ray screening is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
