Job descriptionAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, driving the performance of the store Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and empower team members Outstanding interpersonal skills to increase productivity through coaching, and training Demonstrate and cultivate Godfather’s Mission, Values and Culture at the store level Knowledge of managing restaurant supply needs while controlling operational costs Knowledge and experience in staffing and analyzing profit / loss statements Technology skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook Ability to problem solve, set goals, and execute strategy Passion for our business and family values Leading one of the beast teams in town ensuring customer satisfaction Attendance is important because your are a vital part of our team A college degree is preferred, but not required You’ll need basic math skills There will be times when you may have to do some heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) One or more years of restaurant management experience is preferred Some positions (and locations) may require you to get a food handler permit; don’t worry – we cover the cost. ????
