Rental Sales Leader : Responsible for driving revenue growth and managing the sales team, as well as the business, in order to achieve organizational goals. This includes developing sales strategies, mentoring team members and ensuring targets are met. Additional duties include setting long-term goals and objectives for the sales organization. Successful management and leadership of the Boland Rental Sales & Services department will include the development of department goals / KPIs, development of sales associates, markets, product representation, managing the sales process, managing overall operations, customer relationships, and rental inventory control / tracking.

Essential Duties :
- Lead and develop the Boland Rental Services department to success as measured by the departmental score card (KPIs) by reaching or exceeding financial targets, proper and consistent use of CRM, following sales process, customer satisfaction, development of associates, reporting and forecasting.
- Maximize revenue generation by effectively leading a team of Sales and Rental Project Engineer professionals to maximize the potential of the business thus achieving revenue goals and driving overall sales performance.
- Develop and maintain a sufficient and consistent pipeline of projects / sales to achieve the department's revenue target.
- Develop and implement sales processes / strategies such as sales playbooks, annual sales plans, KPIs, and sales systems.
- Set targets and monitor KPIs to ensure the team is on track to meet or exceed goals.
- Identify and implement sales process improvements such as lead generation, sales techniques, and sales technology.
- Complete data analysis and reporting to identify trends, make informed decisions, and track progress.
- Manage rental contracts with both suppliers and clients.
- Manage rental fleet to maximize utilization and ensure equipment maintenance protocols are followed.
- Manage a network of suppliers and subcontractors to maximize profit while minimizing risk.
- Oversee operational execution of rental projects from inception to conclusion.
- Lead the financial forecasting and reporting meetings for the Rental Services business.
- Consistently ascertain market conditions, opportunities and potential clients.
- Provide comprehensive reporting of accounts, business, and annual forecast.
- Manage department engagement with Trade Associations.

Education and Experience Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Degree in Business or Marketing is a plusSales and people management experience, strong development skills, system and process orientedMinimum 2 - 4 years of sales / people management experience, and P&L sales experienceExperience in equipment rental business is a plusUnderstands financial forecasting, profit / loss statement, and margin reportingStrong skills with Microsoft office applications, including Excel, Teams, etc.Experience with CRM tools, Salesforce a plusStrong sales mindset, detailed, trustworthy, analytical, team player, focused, strategic, able to communicate and build relationshipsAble to drive regularly, and carry up to 50lbsFlexible working outside of traditional business hours, as requiredSupervisory Responsibilities :
