Job Description
Senior Site Civil Engineer - New York, NY
Position : Full-Time, Senior Professional
Salary Range : $90,000 - $130,000
Join a multidisciplinary engineering & consulting firm in NYC, working on impactful land development projects across both municipal and private sectors. This role leads design, permitting, and site construction support in NYC and the surrounding metro area, with the opportunity to mentor junior staff and take on management tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead preparation of site / civil engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports
- Manage discrete tasks, budgets, and schedules for development projects
- Perform periodic construction administration, site visits, and coordination with contractors
- Guide and train junior engineers on technical work and project execution
- Serve as liaison with clients, consultants, and agencies
