AI Software Developer

Gridiron IT is seeking a skilled and innovative AI Software Developer to join our team in developing cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and a passion for artificial intelligence technologies. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining web applications that leverage Generative AI capabilities to deliver innovative solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop web applications using .NET and C# that integrate Generative AI functionalities
• Implement and optimize AI-powered features such as chatbots, question-answering systems, and AI agents
• Design and develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) operations to enhance AI model performance
• Create and maintain prompt workflows for various AI tasks
• Integrate and work with AWS Bedrock and Bedrock knowledgebases
• Utilize Anthropic Claude Sonnet for advanced language processing tasks
• Work closely with business analysts, UI / UX developers, and subject matter experts to understand functional requirements
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of AI-powered web applications
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Generative AI and web technologies

Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $100,000 - $150,000YR (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
