Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide direct ABA therapy to children with IDD and / or AutismImplement behavioral interventions to teach skills and / or address problem behaviorsAssist BCBA in intervention program planning, implementation, and evaluation.Document treatment progress and collect treatment dataMaintain accurate paperwork and submit within a timely mannerCommunicates regularly with BCBA and all treatment team membersAssist BCBA in assessments and data analysisAttend required meetings and trainings to remain in compliance with the BACB and state regulationsPerform other duties as assigned by supervisorApplicant Qualities and Requirements :
BA / BS degree in Psychology, Education, or Special Education or related field (preferred)Excellent social skills and good oral and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and also function well as part of a teamOptimistic enthusiastic, self-motivated, and energeticValid PA Driver’s License, proof of auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle to travel between appointmentsPass a driver's license background check.Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential (preferred)Experience in working with nonverbal children (preferred)Knowledge in Crisis Prevention Intervention (preferred)Bilingual in English / Spanish is a plus!Ability to :
