Salary : $160,000 - $225,000 USD + Competitive Equity

What You Will Do

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in scaling and optimizing the company's infrastructure to meet the demands of rapid growth and enterprise-grade reliability. You'll work on complex and high-impact problems that sit at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and distributed systems.

You will :

• Scale infrastructure and deployments to handle hundreds of thousands of patients with high reliability and low latency.
• Lead strategic infrastructure investments balancing scalability, maintainability, and speed of delivery.
• Design and implement core data systems - including data transformation, warehousing, and integration with external health information networks.
• Improve developer velocity by building tools, CI / CD pipelines, and observability frameworks.
• Drive reliability, monitoring, and on-call excellence while maintaining healthcare-grade security standards (HIPAA, SOC2).
