This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level associate to gain hands-on experience in complex transactions across the traditional energy sector, with the ability to work on both established oil and gas matters and innovative energy transition projects.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .

Active Bar Admission in Texas , in good standing.

Background in one or more of the following within the upstream and midstream oil and gas sectors :
