Responsibilities
About the Role
We are looking for a team member who is passionate about using data, analytics, and technology to improve supply chain and manufacturing outcomes. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality solutions in Oracle and Kinaxis RapidResponse, helping the business make smarter, faster decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Preferred experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse workbook development, including scripting and troubleshooting.
Experience in business intelligence / reporting and database querying techniques (joins, filtering, expressions).
Understanding of manufacturing analytics, MRP concepts, and supply chain workflows.
Familiarity with Oracle ASCP, Demantra, or Oracle ERP is a plus but not required.
Comfort with Windows server administration and maintaining on-premises applications.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics for non-technical audiences.
A collaborative mindset, valuing diverse perspectives and fostering an inclusive, team-oriented environment.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
DevOps experience, supply chain certifications (APICS CSCP, CPIM, ISM CPSM), or relevant training are valued but not required.
