A company is looking for a Dispatch Associate - 1st Shift.

Key Responsibilities

Assigning drivers to open shipments

Updating the system with correct pick-up and drop-off times

Managing communication with drivers and customers

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

2 years of experience in dispatching shipments

2 years of experience in account management

2 years of experience in tracking / tracing shipments

Entry-level experience acceptable
