Job descriptionLead development of complete Acquisition Requirement Packages including PWS, QASPs, IGCEs, and J&As. Coordinate and support Source Selection Evaluation Boards (SSEBs). Provide subject matter expertise on contract type selection, evaluation criteria, and milestone planning. Oversee acquisition planning efforts and ensure timely submission to the contracting office. Advise stakeholders on acquisition risk, compliance, and process improvement. Maintain audit readiness and quality assurance across acquisition documentation. Bachelor’s degree in Acquisition, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). 8+ years of experience in senior acquisition or procurement support roles. Expert-level understanding of the FAR, DFARS, and DoD contracting policies. Demonstrated leadership in acquisition planning and execution. Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required. Compensation and Benefits The estimated compensation range for this position is between $140,000 and $160,000 annually, based on benchmarks in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. This range reflects a good faith estimate for all experience levels.
