What You’ll Learn :

How to set up, run, and fine-tune high-performance converting machines

The art of adjusting dies, blades, guides, and seal bars for precision production

Troubleshooting techniques to keep operations running at peak speed

Quality control and teamwork in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For :

Strong work history and reliability

Manufacturing or mechanical know-how (preferred, not required)

A sharp mechanical mind and eagerness to learn

Strength and stamina : lift 50 lbs., climb as needed

Team spirit and solid communication
