Job Title : Graphic Designer

Location : Tallahassee, FL

Employment Type : Full-Time

Position Overview :

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and on-brand designs for digital and print media. This position collaborates closely with the marketing, communications, and production teams to support company initiatives and client projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop creative concepts and visual assets for marketing materials, social media, advertisements, websites, and presentations

Design brochures, flyers, signage, and other print collateral

Maintain consistent brand identity across all design platforms

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to meet project goals and deadlines

Prepare final artwork files for print and digital publication

Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications :

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

2+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house preferred)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects a plus)

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills (Not Required) :

Experience with video editing or motion graphics

Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS or WordPress

Photography or illustration skills
