Schedule :
Travel Required 4 days per week in greater Atlanta areaRemote 1 day per weekAbility to travel to Alabama on a monthly basisJob Duties :
Supervises the day to day operations for their assigned regionOverall management responsibility for the staffPartners with clinical directors to ensure the overall productivity and success of the region.Works with the center coordinators and / or practice managers so they can succeed in their roleAssists with new employee onboarding (admin + nurse); training, work schedule, performance appraisalsResponsible for staffing, vacation requests and coverageSupervises the implementation of team or companywide initiativesManages payroll and handles inventory and ordering of office suppliesResponsible for quality, motivation, and coachingDiagnosing and resolving problems within and among work groupsEnsures staff is following company policies and creates a safe working environmentResponsible for driving revenue to meet or exceed company goals for their regionEnforce corporate policies and procedures to assure employee complianceAll other duties as assignedQualifications :
Minimum Requirements :
Medical Operations Management experienceMinimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably with a multi-site organizationMust have reliable transportationAbility to handle confidential informationEffectively and professionally interact with executive and external shareholdersMust be highly professional in appearance, tone, and delivery and an effective communicator both verbally and in writingDedicated to follow-through and resultsVery detail-orientedFlexibility as it relates to schedule, responsibilities and prioritiesThe ability to interact with, support, and positively influence the behavior and activities of referring physicians, superiors, and staff / co-employees
