As our Sales Manager, you'll be a key driver in our continued sales growth and play a critical role in the future of our ambitious organization. Leading a dynamic team of in-home sales consultants, you'll inspire and empower them to master the "one-call close" and achieve extraordinary results. Your hands-on and strategic leadership will set the standard as you hit the field with your team, sparking passion and results. You'll continually innovate, streamline processes, and enhance efficiencies with best practices and SOPs. Your sharp analytical skills will be crucial in harnessing data-driven insights to forecast trends, make insightful decisions, and spearhead strategic initiatives that catapult our business to new heights.

This role is perfect for a sales leader who is driven, results-oriented, and passionate about growing sales teams and a premier brand in the exterior home remodeling industry.

What You'll Do :

Cultivate a high-performance sales culture centered around excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Recruit, train, and mentor a team of in-home sales consultants, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and tools they need to succeed in the "one-call close" methodology.

Lead by example by actively participating in sales activities, conducting in-home consultations, and closing deals alongside your team.

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and exceed performance metrics.

Champion innovation and process improvement initiatives to streamline sales operations and enhance the customer experience.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track sales performance, analyze trends, and identify areas for optimization.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align sales efforts with business objectives and drive growth.

Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and projections based on historical data and market analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

Foster a culture of accountability and transparency by providing regular performance feedback, coaching, and recognition to team members.

Lead weekly team meetings and development sessions to keep the team informed, motivated, and continuously improving.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within the home remodeling or construction industry.

Proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in in-home sales and understanding of the "one-call close" methodology.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.

Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and proficiency in sales analytics and forecasting.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and SOPs that drive results.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for travel throughout New Jersey.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.

Schedule and Location :

This is an In-Office position with flexibility. Your influence will be needed throughout the week, including most Saturdays and some evenings to accommodate customer schedules and business needs. You must be available to travel and meet with team members and customers across New Jersey.

Requirements

Project Manager Requirements : Proven experience in account management, project management, or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to upsell or add-on products to increase revenue. Proficient in using CRM software. Ability to work in various outdoor environments and adapt to different job scenarios. Punctual, proactive, disciplined, creative, efficient, and balanced. Open-minded with a growth mindset.
