Job descriptionGeneral CV / thoracic open endoscopic & coronary artery bypass on pump surgery Valvular replacement, aneurysm repair cardiac, aorto-thoracic Lung resection (including VATs), chest wall or pleural procedures Eval. & mgmt. of acute vol / BP issues Insertion of Central line, Arterial line, PA catheter, IABP (Preferred) Valvular repair, esophagus & diaphragm surgeries, ventilation management, bronchoscopy LT will be required to supervise PAs No other thoracic surgeons will be present during LTs coverage
