Position : Maintenance Technician

Classification : Full-Time Hourly

Reports to : Director of Facilities, Facilities Maintenance Manager (FMM)

Position Summary :

Looking for a team member who loves the Lord and is actively working on their relationship with God. This position is responsible for : performing preventive maintenance, routine maintenance, and repairs for all the building equipment. Potential on call for nights, weekends and holidays on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities :

• Candidate must have mechanical ability and good trouble shooting skills.
• Must have a willingness to be trained in areas they may not have full knowledge of.
• Maintains safe working conditions and practices
• Log chiller operations and report problems
• Maintain and repair air handlers, unit heaters and other HVAC support equipment
• Make electrical repairs on lighting, motors, and small equipment.
• Repair and maintain health club equipment
• Repair and maintain food service equipment
• Perform plumbing repair and maintenance
• Maintain and repair swimming pool support equipment to included water testing
• Call in contractors for repairs that are outside our training and abilities
• Keep track of work through web-based maintenance program
• Must be able to read technical manuals to help solve repair problems
• Must be able to work with little supervision
• Carries out other assigned duties as directed by the Director of Facilities and (FMM)

Qualification :

o Electrical

o Plumbing

o HVAC

o General carpentry

o Commonly used power tools

o Good Mechanical ability

o Good trouble shooting skills, need to be able to carry 50 pounds on a regular basis
