Find your purpose with CentraCare working as a Hospice RN at the St Cloud Hospital! In this role, you will be responsible for assisting and coordinating end of life care for inpatients who are eligible to receive general inpatient hospice. You will use your nursing skills to complete ongoing patient assessments, provide symptom management, assist with case management and discharge planning, while supporting the patient and family on their journey. Working in this role will also include visits to hospice patients outside of the hospital setting as needed.

Schedule :

Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud Hospital

Various day Monday - Friday and every other Saturday | 7 : 00 am - 7 : 30 pm

No Sundays or holidays

Pay and Benefits :

Pay based on experience and degree

Associate / Diploma in nursing starting at $38.20 per hour

Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $39.16 per hour

Master’s in nursing starting at $40.14 per hour

Pay range : $38.20 - $57.31 per hour

Earn extra pay for working weekend shifts

Qualifications :

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing

Current Minnesota Registered Nurse license

Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card

Reliable transportation required

Valid Minnesota driver’s license, a driving record in good standing, and insurance liability coverage meeting CentraCare’s standards required

Minimum of one year of RN experience in long-term care or an acute care setting preferred
