General Pediatrician

Providence Medical Group Mill Creek Pediatrics is seeking a pediatrician to join a busy, collaborative, team-oriented, respectful, and inclusive place to work. Our clinic is staffed by 10 pediatricians, 1 pediatric PA-C, and are supported by a dedicated group of RNs, MAs, and administrative staff. Our mission is to care for all pediatric patients regardless of their background, insurance status, or ability to pay. We provide high-quality care to our patients and value work-life balance for our clinicians and caregivers. Our clinic has an integrated behavioral health team which includes a pediatric psychiatrist, pediatric mental health therapist, pediatric social worker, and a pediatric resource coordinator to help support our patients and their families. Providence Swedish qualifies for the PSLF program.

• Outpatient only
• Integrated pediatric mental health services
• Epic EMR, dragon and DAX
• On-call triage RN service all days of the year (including overnight)
• Onsite services include x-ray and lab
• 5-25-year tenured clinical team with low turnover

• Compensation is between $212,714 and $297,163 per year
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
• Continuing Medical Education benefits include 40 hours of CME time and $3,500 for approved medical education expenses (prorated for FTE)
• Paid professional and DEA licensure as well as approved medical society memberships/dues.
• Comprehensive benefits include health, vision, dental and retirement - 457(b) and 403b plans
