A company is looking for a Functional Architect - Workday Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the functional design and architecture of Workday solutions for Federal customers
Elicit and document detailed business requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations
Develop comprehensive plans for data migration, including data cleansing and validation strategies
Required Qualifications
12+ years of expertise in system configuration and implementation
8+ years of experience with Workday's core HCM, Payroll, and Benefits modules
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
US Citizenship and ability to acquire / maintain a security clearance
Experience working within U.S. Federal Government HCM regulations and OPM guidelines
