Responsibilities Work in the Operating Room of an acute care hospital Floats as needed to pre- and post-op areas Assignment includes a mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts covering days, evenings, and nights as needed On-call required up to one weekend per month and up to one weekday, totaling 3-5 call shifts per month Must be flexible to float within scope to meet unit needs Epic EMR system experience required with at least 1 year of use RNs provide perioperative care and may be assigned to pre-op and post-op areas as needed Team members participate in a variety of shifts and are expected to cover holiday shifts depending on unit needs Must supply two professional references from the past two years, including at least one from a supervisor All requested time off must be declared prior to signing Travelers with more than one DUI are not eligible for consideration Requirements Active WA or Compact RN license in hand or proof of application Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience required Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required At least 1 year of recent Epic EMR experience required Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 required No local candidates accepted within a 60-mile radius First-time travelers are accepted, though prior travel experience is preferred Candidates must not have worked at the employer’s facilities within the past year Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-629999.
