Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who’s enthusiastic about helping others, enjoys engaging with the public, and is eager to grow within a fast-paced and mission-driven environment. This is an entry-level position with hands-on training and opportunities for advancement.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees and donors at community events.
• Represent our nonprofit partners professionally while promoting awareness and engagement.
• Communicate the mission, programs, and impact of our clients in a clear and inspiring way.
• Support event logistics to ensure a smooth and positive experience for attendees.
• Respond to inquiries, provide information, and assist with donation or sign-up processes.
• Work collaboratively on face-to-face marketing events to achieve donor engagement goals.
• Learn and grow in face-to-face marketing, communications, and client relations with ongoing support and mentorship.
