Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Provide oversight and management of programs to ensure compliance with the Shared Services Strategy

Evaluate, manage, and reconcile budgets, ensuring alignment between estimated and actual costs

Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to make actionable recommendations and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

3-6 years of experience in operations or business process management

Bachelor's degree in business or operations-related field, or equivalent experience

Strong Project Management skills

Experience managing third-party vendors and contracts

Proficiency with Excel for complex reporting and data analysis
