About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Partner Marketing to play a pivotal role in the growth and success of its active metadata platform. This high-impact position is focused on building and leading a global partner marketing strategy that encompasses cloud, technology, and consulting alliances. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing co-marketing programs, including campaigns, events, and product launches, that effectively communicate the joint value with partners. A key aspect of the role is to enable and activate partners, turning them into advocates for the company's solutions. The Head of Partner Marketing will also be tasked with measuring the performance and ROI of these initiatives and will work closely with the VP of Growth, GTM, and Partnerships leadership to ensure a unified market approach.
To excel in this role, candidates should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in partner or alliance marketing, particularly within the high-growth B2B SaaS sector. The role requires a strategic thinker who can transform disparate activities into a cohesive and measurable growth engine. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling partner marketing programs that drive significant business impact. A balance of creativity and data-driven decision-making is essential, as is the ability to operate with a sense of ownership and lead through influence. The Head of Partner Marketing will be at the forefront of the company's mission to redefine how data and AI work together, and as such, a passion for the industry and a desire to work with both established leaders and emerging innovators is a must.
