Practice / Organization Details :
- Work 4-days every other week or a 7-on / 7-off rotation
- Ideally Monday - Thursday evenings but other options can be considered
- Need is due to existing provider moving to PRN
- Not mandatory to live in the area
- Average of about 14 patients per day
- No admissions or rounding required
- Collaborative and supportive environment offered with a team first approach
- W2 or 1099 can be considered
