What you’ll achieve

As a Packaging Designer , you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative packaging design solutions. You will work with Experience Design Group to deliver a balance of design excellence for Dell hardware products.

You Will

• Deliver the design in planning, researching, concept design, layout, and execution of packaging projects, considering brand and design guidelines
• Work across and understand the impact on technical teams and / or vendors, as well as cost delivery
• Collaborate with team members in addition to Industrial Designers, Packaging Engineers, and others to understand design requirements
• Assess the dynamics of problems and establish a strategy or methodology to solve them
• Have the ability to design packaging structures with solutions to guide engineers and vendors to deliver high-quality mass production
• Continually design with innovation and sustainability in mind.

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $99,450 - $128,700.
