Data Engineer

A company is looking for a Data Engineer to build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines for genealogy data products.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for large genealogy data sets

Analyze source data and collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose improvements

Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs to expose data and services

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience using Python in a production environment

Hands-on experience with Airflow and Docker

Proficiency in Git and standard version control workflows

Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs

Comfort working with data formats like CSV and JSON
