Manage & update IT assets lifecycle (track diagnose document repair provisioning imaging inventory EOL prep refresh receiving & shipping quality assurance deployment.)
Perform & maintain document diagnostics deployments data wipes legal holds quarantine manage warranty claims and vendor coordination.
Collaborate with other teams / departments to meet SLAs or complete projects.
