Highlights

Compensation :

Guaranteed base salary : $285,000 with immediate bonus potential

Choice of up to $100,000 starting / sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, or a 50 / 50 split

Relocation reimbursement

Full benefits starting on day one

Annual $5,000 CME allowance plus 5 CME days

216 hours (27 days) PTO per year, with rollover allowed

Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

Schedule & Work-Life Balance :

Full-time position with a manageable and predictable schedule

3"3.5 clinic days per week, 1 OR day per week

1 : 4 to 1 : 5 call rotation (weekends included); midwives support call 1 : 3

Supportive team, traditional clinic + call model

Practice Environment :

Hospital-employed, collaborative, and expanding OB / GYN group

No supervision responsibilities

New graduates welcome

Must live within 30 minutes of practice location

Practice & Clinical Details

Full spectrum of obstetrical and gynecological care, including robotic surgery (robotics interest preferred)

MFM support and Level III NICUs available

Optional teaching through an OB / GYN residency program
