In Office / Hybrid / Remote : 4 Days / Week in Office, 1 Day / Week Remote After 6 months

Hourly : $25 / hr

Job Summary :

A wellness distributor in Edison, NJ is looking to hire a Purchasing Coordinator on a permanent basis. This role is fully in office 4 days a week and 1 day a week remote after 6 months of employment. The qualified candidate must have at least 1 year of purchasing experience from a consumer packaged goods organization and ideally will have experience using an ERP system. The hourly rate is $25 / hr and the hours are Monday through Friday 9AM to 5 : 30PM with a 30 minute break.

Responsibilities :

• Work with established vendors to procure items for customers
• Enter purchase orders into SageX3 for processing
• Follow up on order status to ensure timely delivery
• Work with the logistics teams to provide product arrival updates
• Team up with the finance team as well to verify invoices and payment schedules
