Technician

Commercial Carpenter

We are seeking experienced commercial carpenters with a minimum of 6 years of experience, preferably in commercial or residential settings. You will be working on various projects including distribution, manufacturing, shipping, and receiving facilities, as well as maintaining office buildings, medical buildings, and private offices.

Responsibilities :

• Work on local projects in Jacksonville for up to 30 days before potentially traveling throughout the state.
• Advance notice will be given for travel, and lodging, transportation, and per diem for meals will be provided.
• Engage in tenant buildout projects involving commercial structures such as office buildings, restaurants, and strip malls.
• Perform both interior and occasional exterior work.
• Utilize general construction hand and power tools.
• Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM, with opportunities for overtime.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00 / hr.
