The Ideal Candidate

• The ideal candidate has a proven track record of working in construction and/or transportation
• They thrive in a fast-paced and a team-oriented environment
• They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time
• An individual who will do well in this position is self-oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable
• Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site

Key Responsibilities/Skills

• Prepares and submits customer invoices
• Code, post invoices in accounting system
• Research and solve payment discrepancies
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information
• Maintains financial security by following internal control
• Process weekly accounts payable payments in accounting system
• Check, verify, and enter invoices for payment
• Sort, code, and enter accounts payable data
• Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices
• Collect, confirm, and process timesheets
• Provide administrative support for the Accounting Supervisor
• Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies
• Perform filing and general administrative tasks
• Other duties as assigned
