About The Position

We are seeking a motivated

and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our CRNA-only team

in Pratt, KS. This full-time contractor role offers exceptional autonomy,

competitive compensation, and a diverse case mix, ideal for both experienced

CRNAs and new graduates looking to develop their skills in a supportive environment.

Position Highlights :

$350,000 annually (1099

contractor)

• 10 weeks off per year

CRNA-only facility with full

autonomy in practice

Anesthesia team of 6 CRNAs,

with 4 providers on-site daily

Call rotation : 1 : 6, beeper

from home, post-call day off

Diverse case mix :

Orthopedics, Endocrine, ENT, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, OB / GYN, Podiatry,

and Urology

Responsibilities :

Provide safe and effective

anesthesia care across a variety of surgical specialties.

Work independently while

collaborating with a highly skilled CRNA team.

Participate in preoperative,

intraoperative, and postoperative patient management.

Maintain accurate

documentation and ensure compliance with safety and best practice protocols.

Contribute to a culture of

excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care.
