Upper Valley Services (UVS) is one of Vermonts designated non-profit agencies serving people with developmental disabilities and adults who are eligible for Adult Family Care.

We are seeking a Direct Support staff who is considerate, patient, open-minded, creative, able to provide positive encouragement and be a cooperative member of a team.

The perfect candidate will have a willingness to introduce new interests, and support individuals with current interests and goals.It will be important to offer gentle guidance around good self-hygiene and emotional regulation in times of stress.

We are seeking a candidate that will enjoy participating in all of the activities to achieve goals.

Part-time 20 hours per week.

Candidates will undergo a background check, must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance.

A $1000 hiring bonus will be offered to the selected candidate. $500.00 sign on bonus at 6 months of hire and an additional $500.00 upon completion of one year of employment with Upper Valley Services.
