Onboarding Operations Associate
As an Onboarding Operations Associate, you'll play a vital role in executing Farther's advisor and client onboarding process. You'll support the seamless transition of advisors and their clients by managing complex operational workflows and ensuring accurate execution of financial operations. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in wealth management operations while contributing to the growth of our platform.
Your impact will include :
- Executing end-to-end onboarding operations for advisors transitioning their practice to Farther
- Managing multiple conversion workflows while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders
- Processing and validating account transfers, asset movements, and documentation requirements
- Acting as a day-to-day contact for advisors and clients during the transition process
- Coordinating with custodians and third-party vendors to ensure smooth transitions
- Supporting the development and implementation of process improvements
- Monitoring and reporting on transition progress and potential risk situations
