Strategy and Data Analyst

We are hiring a skilled Data Analyst to support us in gathering, evaluating, and analyzing data from a variety of sources. The advice you offer will be extremely helpful to our leadership team. The best applicant should be well-versed in problem-solving and analytical techniques. Proficiency in various data analysis tools and procedures is key.

Examples of Duties :

• Support the Strategy & Innovation Manager with development and implementation of strategic initiatives and other organization-wide projects
• Develop, maintain, and analyze databases to evaluate the success of organization-wide strategic initiatives
• Implement efficient ways of automating the collection and transfer of data between enterprise software systems for Human Resources, Finance, and Budget departments
• Create custom reports, dashboards and visualizations to provide actionable insights to the Town Manager's Office and Leadership team
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Oversee and structure requirements for the reporting ecosystem of enterprise software systems, including data inputs, security measures, and metadata.
• Create and maintain documentation and user manuals for enterprise software systems
• Educating key stakeholders on newly introduced reports and dashboard interfaces.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence
