Key Responsibilities
Lead large-scale R&D initiatives from ideation through commercialization, managing timelines and resources
Oversee formulation development for new and existing products, ensuring compliance with nutritional standards
Ensure all products meet regulatory and quality standards while maintaining technical documentation and protocols
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Animal Nutrition, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline; Master's or Ph.D. preferred
8-10+ years of experience in food R&D, product development, or process engineering
Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional innovation projects
Strong understanding of ingredient functionality, formulation principles, and food safety systems
Experience collaborating with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
