As an Account Executive, UK, you'll work closely with our UK Sales Team and play a key role in driving new customer acquisition helping us accelerate towards our BHAG.
Your key focus areas will be :
Winning new business in the UK SME marketManaging a high-volume, end-to-end sales cycle from prospect to closePartnering closely with our SDR team to maximize opportunity conversionDelivering a consistent monthly quota through high-quality pipeline management.This will include :
Prospecting, pitching, demoing and closing new business across a wide range of verticalsPresenting to and negotiating with C-suite and senior HR executivesCollaborating closely with SDRs to qualify and progress inbound and outbound leadsMaintaining a strong, accurate sales pipeline using Salesforce CRMHitting monthly revenue targets through consultative, value-based sellingContributing to a culture of learning, energy and high performance within the sales team.To thrive at Employment Hero, you'll need to embody The EH Way operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact.
