We are looking for a driven and motivated Construction estimator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and is eager to grow their career.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience preparing detailed estimates with a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Position Overview : (High Career Growth Potential)

The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing project plans and specifications, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring competitive and profitable bids.

Projects vary from insurance claims, high end clients, consulting companies, referrals, and working with designers.

Responsibilities :

  • Produce accurate estimates using an Excel or a provided program.
  • Review project scopes, insurance claims, and adjuster notes to create complete line-item estimates.
  • Collaborate with project managers and leadership to confirm project details and bid strategies.
  • Request and evaluate subcontractor / vendor quotes to ensure project accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and vendors throughout the estimating process.
  • Submit estimates and proposals on time and follow up proactively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Uphold company standards and meet project deadlines with precision.

Requirements :

  • At least 3 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably high-end.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to write accurate scopes of work.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, scopes, and project specifications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and Bluebeam.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
