\u0009Practice Setting : Outpatient and Inpatient

\u0009Types of Cases : Standard Obstetrics and Gynecology cases

\u0009Credentialing Timeframe : 60 Days

\u0009EMR : Epic

\u0009Licensure Required : Must have active Oklahoma license or active compact letter
