Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Crew Leader at our Northern Kentucky location to oversee a small team of 1-4 crew members while delivering high-quality landscaping services to our customers. As a Crew Leader, you will manage daily operations, ensure quality control, supervise your team, and maintain efficient workflow while ensuring safety standards are met. Your leadership will guide your crew through a variety of landscaping tasks, such as lawn care, pruning, planting, and equipment maintenance. This role is hands-on and requires a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Quality control of job site
• Employee supervision
• Landscaping and groundskeeping
• Pruning and trimming
• Perennial bed maintenance
• Equipment knowledge and maintenance
• Safely operate company vehicles and equipment
• Use of a mobile device for accurate time tracking.

Qualifications :

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance, including mowing, pruning, planting, and general landscape maintenance.
